The legislative decree on the processing and protection of personal data imposes a series of obligations on those who process information referring to other subjects, including that of informing the person whose data is located about the use that is made of the related information and acquire consent to carry out the related operations.

The law in question means the following operations as data processing: collection, registration, archiving, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation, destruction.

The information requested during registration may be used to allow access and use of any online services.

Browsing data (log files)

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Purposes and methods of treatment

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

the attestation that the operations referred to in the first and second points of this paragraph have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or of commercial communication.
